- How many people can Seaweed accommodate?
Seaweed can sleep up to six guests in three bedrooms. - Are infants included in the six?
Infants sleeping in cots are not included in the six but should be listed on the booking form. - How many bedrooms are at Seaweed?
There are three bedrooms at Seaweed, two doubles and a flexible double/twin with link beds. - Are any bedrooms located on the ground floor?
Yes, a double bedroom with a standard size double bed is located on the ground floor. Please note there is a small step into this bedroom. - Is there a bathroom downstairs?
Yes, next door to the downstairs bedroom is a family bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. - What makeup are the bedrooms?
Two bedrooms have standard double beds, whilst the third has link beds, which on request can be made up as either a super king size bed or two 3 foot wide single beds. - How many bathrooms are at Seaweed?
There are two bathrooms at Seaweed, the downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower and the first floor bathroom a bath with shower overhead. - Do you provide a travel cot?
A travel cot can be made available on request. - Is a high chair available?
Yes, please request the high chair when booking. - Is there a stair gate?
Yes, a stair gate is fitted on the stairs on the ground floor. Due to the way the bannister is fixed at the top of the stairs there is no stair gate upstairs. Please make sure your youngest ones are always accompanied when moving around upstairs. - Are dogs accepted at Seaweed?
Yes, two dogs are welcome at Seaweed. We kindly ask that they are not allowed in any bedrooms or on furniture for hygiene and insurance reasons. Please let us know when booking if dogs are staying. - What is the charge for dogs?
Dogs are charged at £30 each. - Is there WiFi at the cottage?
Yes, WiFi is available and included in the price of the cottage. - What appliances are in the kitchen?
In the well equipped kitchen you will find and electric cooker with hob, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Other appliances include a kettle, a toaster and a microwave. If you need more information on items found within the cottage please let us know. - Is there a TV?
Yes, a 32” TV and soundbar are located within the living room area. There is also a DVD player with a selection of films to watch. - Do you have a garden?
The cottage has a small paved patio area to the rear, this can be accessed from the side of the house without entering Seaweed, or via the dining area. - Is the garden enclosed?
The patio area is enclosed with a gate leading to the side lane or a door leading into the cottage. - Is there an outdoor tap?
Yes, there is an outdoor tap with hose pipe attachment on the patio. - Is there somewhere to store bikes etc.?
Yes, down the side alley accessed via the patio round the back. Here there are secure ground anchors that can be used together with your own long bike locks. - Is there off road car parking?
Yes, there is off-road car parking. Two medium sized cars can park directly outside the house. The nearby beach car park is a great alternative for any larger vehicles and is 2 minutes walk away. - What is your standard arrival day?
Our standard arrival day is a Friday, however, we are able to be more flexible outside of the school holidays, so please get in touch if you have any questions. - Do you accept short breaks?
Short breaks are available outside of the school holidays. Please see our online booking calendar for more information, or get in touch via email or on 01271 377 432. - Where is the nearest shop?
The nearest shop is Premier Stores, which is about 2 minutes walk from the cottage. - How far is the beach?
Combe Martin Beach is 0.1 of a mile from the cottage, and less than a one minute walk. Newberry Beach is about a 2 minute walk. - Can we walk to the pub?
Yes, all the pubs, tea rooms and restaurants in Combe Martin are within easy walking distance.
